Founding programme
Built for Her is currently selecting a small number of women-led Northern Ireland businesses for its founding case-study programme.
Built for Her is selecting three women-led Northern Ireland businesses as founding clients. If your enquiries are strong but what happens after them is messy — admin piling up, follow-up slipping, work that only exists in your head — this is the way in.

What happens
1. Fit Call
Free, 20–30 minutesA conversation about your business and what you've noticed, to decide whether an Audit is the right next step. "You don't need me yet" is a real answer.
2. Business Systems Audit
£750Pre-work, a structured 90-minute conversation, and a written report in seven sections: how it works now, where time and enquiries are leaking, what you already have and aren't using, what I'd fix first, what I wouldn't touch, your AI and data position, and a 90-day plan.
3. The Fix
Founding rate, quoted after the AuditThe priority from your report, scoped and fixed-priced before any work starts. A deposit when the build begins, the balance when you've signed it off.
4. Equip
IncludedHandover, short training, a walkthrough recording, written process notes, and a named person in your business who owns it.
The founding terms
Three founding places. The Audit is £750, the same as it will be afterwards — founding clients get the reduced rate on implementation, not on the diagnosis.
The Audit also carries a refund promise: read the report, and if you don't think it was worth what you paid, tell me and I'll refund it. You keep the report either way.
That's there because you'd be hiring someone whose Built for Her case studies don't exist yet. The risk of going first should sit with me, not with you.
Who it suits
Women-led service businesses in Northern Ireland with a genuine flow of enquiries and a customer journey that's currently held together by memory and good intentions rather than a system. You don't need to know anything about AI or automation going in — that's the whole point of starting with the diagnostic rather than a sales pitch.
What it involves
In return for founding pricing, we ask for some baseline data before we start, honest feedback as we go, and permission to use the factual, agreed outcomes in future case studies.
That's it — no forced testimonial, nothing published without you seeing it first, and the baseline numbers we take at the start are yours to keep either way.
